Give me some oinkment and I’ll send a hambulance.
The guy who sits diagonally from me has been working from home some days, and in the office alternate days for about a week. Turns out his daughter has a confirmed case of H1N1.

Am I going to die?

Just gettin' ready for work...

I think my throat is hurting. Is it warm in here? Oh God..

The guy in the desk next to mine went out with H1N1. Get one of the computer guys to catch it, or anyone who canvases the building, and enjoy your paid days off!

Put your faith in your nationalized health care.

It seems to be working pretty well for me, and every other person I've ever met, ever.

Then you should have nothing to worry about.

I suppose the 30 Americans who have died from H1N1 were uninsured..

Wikipedia says its probably 29...

Even if its less, what does it matter, you're trying to show (I think) that natonalized health care is somehow worse, and I'm just saying people died in the US as well, so I know I'll get bashed over the head, but what is your point?

The scary thing is as I read this I am sitting at work shivering with a sore throat and cough. On top of this my employer sent out an email this morning with an H1N1 update, and apparently 436 people in Toronto have it.

WHAT DO I DO??

You're a computer guy, shouldn't your virus software be taking care of this or do you need to update your definitions? ;)

This seems to be an unscary disease. The only people who seem to be dying are those who are already ill.

From what I read, H1N1 doesn't seem to be too much more dangerous than normal influenza. Just wash your hands before meals and such and you should be okay. Oh, and stay away from the piggies. :P

You'll be OK as long as you don't eat pork along with your finely prepared pigeon -- and remember to stay east of the Nile at all times! =:-o
